Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. Build AI agent sandboxes and harnesses written in C and Rust, along with the integrations and context agents needed to work effectively in Roblox’s C++ game engine codebase. Partner with technical leaders across Roblox’s Engine and Infrastructure groups to deliver reliable tools and improve the daily experience of engineering at Roblox. You have: 5+ years of software engineering experience working on projects from 0 to 1. Experience owning substantial parts of a developer tool or system through design, launch, and ongoing operation. Systems programming experience in C, C++, or Rust. Experience with or interest in Web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript and/or React is a huge plus Interest in AI-powered developer tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Pi.
