While we began by revolutionizing home WiFi, we aim to create comprehensive solutions that serve both wireless and wired connectivity needs for customers and businesses across the globe. <br/><br/>eero is seeking an Accounting Program Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of accounting systems and process-automation initiatives across eero's Finance and Accounting organization. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who pairs program management experience with hands-on accounting domain knowledge. <br/><br/>Embedded within the eero Accounting team, you will partner directly with Accounting, Tax, Finance, and BI leaders to translate complex accounting requirements into scalable systems, tooling, and automated workflows. You will drive end-to-end delivery across close acceleration, reconciliation automation, revenue recognition, intercompany/transfer-pricing mechanics, and financial-data integrations — coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing programs from strategy through shipped results.<br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>Close Acceleration & Process Automation:<br/>Own the tactical execution strategy for month-end close (MEC) acceleration and manual-process reduction in partnership with Accounting and Tax<br/><br/>Define which close activities to automate, determine the sequencing and dependencies, and own the build-or-buy decision (Tech build vs. BI pipeline vs. third-party platform such as BlackLine)<br/><br/>Drive requirements for reconciliation automation, journal-entry workflows, and controls, ensuring outputs are auditable and usable by the Accounting team<br/><br/>Partner with BI/BIE on shared metric and data definitions to avoid reconciliation issues across eero, Fintech, and Amazon consolidation systems<br/><br/>Financial Systems & Data Integrations:<br/>Own the product and technical delivery of accounting-system integrations and financial-data feeds into downstream reporting and consolidation platforms<br/><br/>Define and ship the accounting metadata (entity, cost center, product line, GL mapping) that enables accurate downstream reporting and consolidation<br/><br/>Drive maintenance, scalability, and documentation so integrations remain the default, low-friction path for the Accounting team<br/><br/>About the team<br/>You will join a collaborative Accounting team within eero (Amazon Devices & Services) that supports each other's development and is passionate about raising the bar on financial operations. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
