We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Manager Product Management - Technical to join the team. Our scope will grow substantially and we are looking for a strong leader to grow the team, build best in class publisher experiences, and deliver a scalable system that will delight customers worldwide.<br/> This is a highly visible position with significant impact and growth. You will lead across engineering, science, operations, finance, and legal. You will be required to invent new solutions in the context of a rapidly changing industry. You will be responsible for partnering closely with engineering to set priorities and make tradeoffs for your products. Finally, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your products including revenue, customer concerns, and long-term success.<br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/> Set a world-wide vision on the future of cross media monetization via insights and impressions<br/> Be a hands-on leader and player-coach; inspire and empower innovation and thinking big in those around you.<br/> Hire and develop high performing product managers, raising the bar with each hire and mentoring the wider team to attain their business and career goals<br/> Develop and execute project plans and delivery commitments;<br/> Manage the activities of your products through scalable mechanisms<br/><br/>A day in the life<br/> Developing product visions and working backwards documents<br/> Reviewing engineering designs, U/X mocks, marketing artifacts, for the highest impact deliverables of your org<br/> Spending time with publishers, advertisers, agencies, and partners<br/> Understanding the external landscape and influencing industry developments<br/> Working with leaders across Amazon divisions on a comprehensive publisher offering<br/><br/>About the team<br/>Our team is focused on building technology products that create meaningful, lasting value for customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
