We are looking for a skilled Infusion Clinical Pharmacist to deliver patient-centred pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy for oncology patients. Key responsibilities include compounding and dispensing chemotherapy and infusion drugs, and providing direct patient education.
