Reconcile store-level revenue, tender types, and third-party delivery platform settlements to the general ledger.
Support inventory and COGS accounting, including variance analysis between theoretical and actual usage.
Financial Reporting, Analysis & Controls
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for management reporting.
Partner with FP&A to explain account-level variances versus budget/prior period.
Support external audit and internal SOX control testing by preparing workpapers and responding to requests.
Identify and help implement process improvements to strengthen controls and close efficiency.
Team Support & Development

2+ years of general ledger accounting experience; multi-unit retail, restaurant, or franchise experience strongly preferred.
Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control concepts.
Advanced Excel skills; hands-on experience with an ERP system (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and POS/reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing close deadlines independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
